Setting up:

• Each player chooses a lotto board (In this game, use the side of the board that shows pictures and words)
• Spread the picture cards face down on the table

How to play:

• take it in turns to turn over one of the picture cards
• if the card matches a picture and word on your board, place the card over the matching picture. try to sound out the word as you do so. e.g. F-I-SH.
• If the card does not match, show it to the other players and then return it to  the table face down. Play then passes to the next player.
• The winner is the first player to fill their board with matching picture cards.
• For more challenging game: turn the boards over
